I just wanted to thank all those who have posted photos. I am planning a trip to DV in April. I can spend as mush time as I want to there. My only otherabsolute destination is to be in Portland three weeks later. I would appreciate any and all responses/guidance/advice you might be able to offer. I am taking this trip as a sort of vision quest.

    definetly go to stovepipe wells/sanddunes area and walk on the dunes , preferably at sunrise or sunset ... have water with u and bright clothing in case you pass out ...

    zabriskie point, very interesting rocky scenery/landscape ... esp. at sunrise/sunset ...
